Freelance pilot Harry Black (Vic Morrow) finds both the Monte CarIo police and the underworld hot on his trail when he becomes caught up in the pIans of one of his passengers - to break the Bank of England using forged currency. The tension mounts as Harry struggles to find the plates used to forge the notes, and thus prove his innocence.
